Unknowingly, I have walked past the entrance of S.K.H. Christopher’s Nursery (Kwai Chung) thousands of times, and I have now become a seasoned parent. S.K.H. Christopher’s Nursery (Kwai Chung) can be considered a second home and a strong support for our family.

I am grateful to the principal for choosing our four children seven years ago, allowing them to become students at S.K.H. Christopher’s Nursery (Kwai Chung). The third child will graduate and move on to Primary One this August, while the fourth child is ready to embrace the nurturing environment of S.K.H. Christopher’s Nursery (Kwai Chung) in September.

I appreciate the efforts of the administration over the years, ensuring that the Kwai Chung Kindergarten can meet the needs of most parents by providing appropriate support. The most memorable experience was after the pandemic when the Nursery arranged for a thoughtful and flexible return to normal learning for the children, according to parents’ wishes.

Thanks to the teachers for their hard work over the years. In addition to daily teaching, they have prepared many extracurricular activities. They often spend time after class sharing parenting insights with parents, which has greatly benefited me as a mother. Every child is unique, and every educational approach is different; as a mother of four, I deeply understand the challenges teachers face.

I am also grateful to the staff who take care of the children’s daily needs, preparing breakfast, fruit, lunch, soup, and snacks. Every child excitedly says, “Great! It’s Tuesday, we get to eat chicken wings!” They often share with their parents after school, “I ate the fastest today, I had two bowls of soup, and I love pasta the most!”

Now, three of my children have successfully moved on to S.K.H.’s Primary School, and the fourth son will enter S.K.H. Christopher’s Nursery (Kwai Chung) this September. I look forward to the next four years, continuing to move forward alongside Kwai Chung Nursery, allowing my son to happily enjoy his wonderful school life.
